For urgent bookings made in-person, a handling and pick-up fee of $30 per booking will apply at all branches. (*Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Perth)

3D-Secure
Most major banking and financial institutions automatically enrol their customers for 3D-Secure. However, if your card is not enrolled, this means that either the bank that issued the card is not yet supporting these services or it means that you have not yet been registered for 3D-Secure. If you are not registered and your financial institution requests verification from you via our website you will not be able to finalise your purchase with us. It is highly recommended for a smooth, safe & secure experience that you register for these services if you discover that you are not registered.
Australian Residents traveling on a Japanese Passport are not allowed to purchase JR Shikoku Rail Pass.
All Shikoku Rail Pass
Valid on the following lines during the validity period:
- Non-reserved seats in regular cars on limited express, rapid and local trains on all JR Shikoku lines, and all Tosa Kuroshio Railway lines.
- All Asa Kaigan Railway lines, all lyo Railway lines, all Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railroad lines, and all Tosaden Kotsu lines.
- Shodoshima Ferry passage between Takamatsu and Tonosho.
- Shodoshima Olive Bus line.
Not valid on the following lines and trains:
- Sunrise Seto and Botchan Train.
- Shodoshima Ferry high speed boats, and passages other than between Takamatsu and Tonosho.
- All bus lines (except Shodoshima Olive Bus).
- The Pass can be used on the JR Seto-Ōhashi Line from Kojima Station towards the south. Areas north of Kojima Station (towards Okayama Station) are not included in the Pass. When travelling across areas, you will need to purchase tickets for the segments beyond Pass limits.
KAGAWA Mini Rail & Ferry Pass
Valid on the following lines during the validity period:
- Non-reserved seats in regular cars on limited express, rapid, and local trains on the following lines of Shikoku Railway Company: Yosan Line between Takamatsu and Kan-onji, Kōtoku Line between Takamatsu and Hiketa, and Dosan Line between Tadotsu and Kotohira.
- All Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railroad Lines.
- Shodoshima Ferry passage between Takamatsu and Tonosho.
- Shodoshima Olive Bus line.
Not valid on the following lines and trains:
- Sunrise Seto.
- Shodoshima Ferry high speed boats, and passages other than between Takamatsu and Tonosho.
- All bus lines except Shodoshima Olive Bus.
Important Notice
- An Exchange Order must be presented in Japan within 3 months from the date of issue. This must be done at a JR Station that has a Japan Rail Pass Exchange Office.
- JR Pass pricing fluctuates depending on the status of the exchange rate. For more information please consult with a Travel Japan Consultant.
- Australian Residents travelling on a Japanese Passport are not allowed to purchase JR East, West, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Central or Shikoku Rail Passes.
- Baggage carried on board must be within 250 cm with a maximum length of 2 m.
You can bring as much as two pieces weighing less than 30 kilograms. (However, items such as umbrellas and handbags are not counted)
