This touring course will allow you to feel the beauty of nature, such as the white wave crests of the Sea of Japan and the magnificent mountains in each season. You will see some of the most iconic location of Japan: Mount Koya, one of the most sacred places in Japan, Ise and its marvellous Ise Shrine and then Kyoto, the most beautiful and iconic city in the world, with all its marvellous temples and shrines. Above all, the riding course involves a variety of characteristics, such as diversely winding roads with beautiful scenery highly recommended by local people, and highways on which you can feel the thrill of cruising on a motorcycle, ensuring that you enjoy the entire time.

Day 1 Osaka → Shirahama

Osaka → Shirahama

Today you will ride from Osaka through to Shirahama. Depart from Osaka and ride to Mount Koya, one of the most sacred places in Japan, and the centre of Shingon Buddhism, Mount Koya occupies a small area, but is densely populated with sacred sites and sightseeing options; including Kongobuji temple, and the Okunoin. Following your stop on Mount Koya, you will continue to ride your way through the mountains to arrive at your hotel in Shirahama, one of the most ancient hot spring locations in Japan; its name means “white beach”, referring to its 500 meter long bright white sandy beach, the main attraction of this resort area.

Day 2 Shirahama → Owase

Shirahama  → Owase

Today you will ride from Shirahama through to Owase. Departing from Shirahama, you will first arrive at the Peninsula Cape Shionomisaki, a historical location and site of several encounters between Japan and foreign countries. One of the more well known encounters you may hear about in this area is the tale of a Turkish ship crashing on the coast and the survivors being saved by the local population, an episode symbolized by the Turkish Memorial Museum. After sightseeing at leisure, continue your ride to Kumano, a city full of nature, and a popular power spot - part of the ancient Iseji pilgrimage route. You will end the day by riding further to the coast, arriving at the beautiful resort in Owase to relax overnight while enjoying the sea view.

Day 3 Owase → Ise

Owase → Ise

Today you will ride from Owase through to Ise. Spend the whole day riding the coastline! Departing from Owase, ride all the way to the north enjoying the beautiful north-east coast of the peninsula as you go. Riders who wish to do so may stop for lunch by the sea along the way before arriving at Ise Shrine. Enjoy time at your leisure enjoying sightseeing around this massive group of shrines consisting of two main complexes; the Naiku (Inner Shrine), dedicated to one of the most important deities of Japanese Shinto, and Geku (Outer Shrine), dedicated to the deity of house keeping and nurture. In the early evening, make your way to your hotel in Ise area.

Day 4 Ise → Kyoto

Ise → Kyoto

Today you will ride from Ise through to Kyoto - and return to riding the mountains. Departing from Ise and riding through the Mie region all the way to Nara, traversing some curvy mountain roads to destination Iga, the land of ninjas. Here, riders will have the option to purchase entry and visit an authentic ninja museum, built into an original ninja house and full of surprises! Hidden escape routes, hidden doors and much more! If the art of the ninja is something that appeals to you, you will also have the further options of attending ninja shows and learning about ancient ninja culture. After your ninja experience, continue riding to Kyoto and spend the night relaxing and preparing for your last day of touring.

Day 5 Kyoto → Osaka

Kyoto → Osaka

Today you will ride from Kyoto back to Osaka. On the last day of your tour you will wake up one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In Kyoto, you can choose to sightsee from a number of iconic places including Kyomizudera Temple, the Fushiminari Shrine or the beautiful Gion area. You could also ride through to visit Nara. As the first capital of Japan before Kyoto and Tokyo, Nara is famous for the Todaiji temple and its Daibutsu, a large Buddha bronze statue. Another main feature of this magic city is the presence of tame deer walking absolutely fearlessly among the public. Following your day of sightseeing, you will ride back to Osaka to return your vehicle. See you on your next ride!
