Why not try your hand at Japanese cooking in our Tokyo cooking class?!
It
 begins and ends with legendary Japanese foods! English speaking instructors explain the many steps to try creating the Japanese luxury cuisine of kaiseki ot sushi. Take a quick photo at the end before tasting your creation. A great experience for everyone and you will remember forever is to learn to cook like then locals!!

Wagyu Kaiseki Class
9:20 am:
Meet the instructor at the venue.

You will be welcomed by cooking class staff with Japanese tea.
This class starts from 9:30 am and is briefly explained by staff.
Learn about 'dashi' (Japanese soup stock) and various types of seasoning which are soy sauce, mirin, sake, miso etc.
Enjoy cooking with experienced instructor.
1. Accordion Cucumber Salad (蛇腹きゅうりの酢の物)
2. Gomamiso-ae potato - Sesame & Miso sauce (じゃがいものごま味噌和え)
3. Dashimaki tamago - Rolled Egg- (だし巻玉子)
4. Bamboo shoot Kimpira (たけのこのきんぴら)
5. Dashi based clear soup (お吸い物)
6. Wagyu Sukiyaki (和牛すき焼き)
7. Wakame & Umeboshi rice (わかめと梅干しのご飯)
8. Daifuku mochi with Fruit (フルーツ大福)

Sushi making Class
13:20 pm: Meet the instructor at the venue.

You will be welcomed by cooking class staff with Japanese tea.
This class starts from 13:30 pm and is briefly explained by staff. You will experience making various types of sushi; nigiri, inari, hosomaki (thin roll), and California roll.
Enjoy cooking with experienced instructor.

3. Inari Sushi (いなり寿司)
4. Tuna Roll (鉄火巻き)
5. Cucumber Roll (かっぱ巻き)
6. California Roll (カリフォルニアロール)

15:30 - 16:00 pm: Activity will finish after the 2.5 -3 hour class  Please make your own way to your next destination.

•  Please come directly to our cooking studio 10 min before class begin. If you are late or missed  the class, you will not be able to join the tour, get refund or rescheduled.
